About Micah

Who’s kidding who? I’m writing this myself, so I’m going to speak in the first person! Here are some things I would like you to know about me: I moved to Nashville in 1990 from Bradenton, FL. My dad was a preacher and we moved all around the Southeast, although I was born in Sierra Leone (Africa) while my parents were missionaries. I guess I caught the “international travel bug” from my parents because after graduating from Lipscomb University in 1998, I headed off to Ukraine, Russia, and Uzbekistan for roughly a year. I was a social work major in college and worked at a couple of orphanages overseas. I returned to marry my sweetheart Jessica and I settled into a somewhat brief (6 year) career in children’s mental health case management. I moved over to selling real estate full-time in 2006 and have enjoyed this profession ever since. I earned my Broker license in 2022.

Jessica and I have four amazing children and we enjoy life on our hilltop in Goodlettsville. I LOVE coaching youth soccer at NYSA in Donelson, and I suppose I’ve coached there for 20+ seasons. On an ideal day of relaxation, you’ll find me working in the yard or at Geodis Park watching Nashville SC. My family has too many instruments to count (or play competently), and we love Irish instruments above all others.

I truly love working with and for my clients! I try to have fun in everything I do, and my clients and I have as much fun as you can while going through a sometimes stressful process. I have always been a SOLO agent, meaning I handle every single detail of the transaction from start to finish. When we work together, you will never be passed on to another team member. I don’t miscommunicate with myself and I don’t drop the ball as you might experience when working with a team. It’s just me, a phone call away whenever you need me.
