I am very proud of the services I offer to buyers. To begin with, I will never pass on a company transaction fee to you as my client. Transaction fees have ZERO benefit to you as a consumer.

Next, I am always happy to go preview properties for you, whether you are local or out of state. You have better things to do with your time than to go look at properties which look stellar online, but leave so much to be desired in person. Let me preview the homes for you, and I can take you to the best ones! No need to take time off work since this is my job.

I am also elated when I can find you a home before it hits the market. Beyond my own upcoming listings, I am part of a real estate company with more than 1700 agents. We have many “coming soon” listings, and I would love to find one for you so you aren’t competing with other buyers on the open market! (My most recent closing like this was March, 2025. The home never hit the market because I secured it for my buyers.)

In our current market, it usually makes sense to put money into your home if it needs updates. Sellers that do so are getting rewarded.

I have recently put together a new bundle of services I can bring to every listing, covered by my commission. It includes 1) bringing in a stager to arrange your contents, 2) a storage unit to help you declutter during your home transition, 3) pressure washing as needed, and 4) a roof soft wash to remove stains and streaks.

The greatest asset I bring to your sale is knowing values and pricing strategies. I watch every single day to see what homes are selling for in 37072. This is not the kind of knowledge you can obtain with a cursory look at the MLS. This takes years of selling in an area. Any agent can get your home sold immediately, but did they get top dollar for you?

I understand why people move to Goodlettsville. I know where the library is- the grocery stores- the schools- the parks. My love for Goodlettsville comes through to every buyer I talk to.
